PRESS RELEASE: Firebrand Global Marketing Announces Promotional Contest to Benefit America's Small Business Community With Prizes
CLARENDON HILLS, Ill. (April 9, 2021): America’s businesses and communities are making a comeback in 2021, thanks to improving sentiment regarding the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
A significant growth factor in American consumer confidence centers around the rebirth of small businesses, with employment numbers growing around the country. In relation to this exciting trend, Firebrand Global Marketing – a leader in the promotional marketing industry – has announced a promotional contest to bolster the tailwind behind American small-business, promoting a nationwide contest to grant three small businesses products from Firebrand’s gallery of services.
The contest, which opened on March 18 and will be open in waves through June 11, will award three companies $1,000 each in Firebrand products and services. Contest participants will complete a short Google Form, titled ‘How Would I Use It?’, to tell stories of how they would use the Firebrand products in the promotion of their business to local consumers.
Lisa Greyhill, President of Firebrand Global Marketing, said her organization is looking forward to playing a role in serving America’s small business community.
“We’re really excited about our contest,” she said. “It’s an opportunity for our company to do what we love, while helping small businesses who may lack marketing funds at this time. We’re hopeful that as these contest-winning businesses improve, they’ll be able to employ more people, who will then have money to spend in their local communities. It’s a ‘tumble-up’ effect, which is just what America’s small-business community needs to put COVID-19’s adverse effects in the rearview mirror.”
The submission deadline for the contest’s first-round will be Friday, April 9 at 5:00 p.m. CST. The first-round winner will be contacted on Thursday, April 15, with a public announcement scheduled for Friday, April 16. Second-round submissions are due by Friday, May 14, at 5:00 p.m. CST, with the winner being notified on Thursday, May 20, and a public announcement on Friday, May 21. The final-round submissions will be due Friday, June 11, with the winner being notified on Thursday, June 17. The final public announcement for the campaign will be made on Friday, June 18.
The intent of the contest is to assist small businesses that have industry-changing products but lack the marketing budget to tell their story. Due to the growing confidence around American small-business, Firebrand moved to provide a helping hand for the business community.
“The COVID-19 pandemic has had a devastating effect on so many businesses,” said Greyhill, who leads Firebrand through the mantra of ‘affect people positively’. “We were fortunate to have amazing clients whose businesses kept us afloat, but also challenged us to pivot our offerings in the past year. Now, our deep commitment to communities and our passion for growth through branding has inspired us to give back to America’s small business community.”
